8. I avoid injuries when possible (eg: wear helmet ⛑️ when riding motorcycles 

9. I treat minor injuries and illness promptly

10. Strive to have happy relationship 

11. I avoid gossiping about other

Many illness and disease ๐Ÿชฐ ๐ŸฆŸ such as diarrhea

 and intestines worm are preventable by safe

 hygiene practices.these practice get rid of the germ that cause the illness 


What are germ : germ are very small organisms

 that can grow in the body and cause some

 infectious disease; micro-organisms they can make

 you sick and are easily transfer there are however


 some things you can do to help prevent them from

 getting into you system and making you sick 
 

Do you help prevent germ from getting you or                                            other sick 


One excellent Way is by washing you hand very often

 ✓✓ before eating 

✓✓ before preparing food 

✓✓after using the bathroom 

✓✓before and after treating wounds

✓✓ after touching a sick person 

✓✓ after handling garbage

✓✓after blowing you nose coughing or sneezing
 
✓✓ before breastfeeding 


  What is the proper way to wash you hands 


1. Wet you hands with running water if possible
 
2. Apply liquid, bar or power soap ๐Ÿงผ 

3 . lather well

4. Rub you hands vigorous of you hands , wrists

 between you fingers &under you fingers 

5. Rinse well

6. Dry you hands with clean or disposable towels or let them air dry

7. If possible, use you towels to turn off the faucet 

   Top out  of 10 person practice for everyone 



1. Daily shower or bath and washing hair 

2. Frequently washing hands and face

3. Daily brushing and flossing teeth, regular after every meal
 
3. Wearing clean clothes and keeping you surroundings clean 

4. Hold a tissue or handkerchief over the mouth

 when coughing or sneezing,not a bar hands 

6. Stopping bad habit such as nose picking touching the face 

7. Washing hands before eating 

8. Not licking fingers before picking up sheets of paper 

9. Not bitting nails
